Morning Movement Meditation

Ella Mesma created her concept of Maya Gandaia: moving from Illusion to Joy for her Embodied Alchemy yoga and PathFor series.

Trained as a dancer at the London School of Contemporary Dance, her morning movement meditation has been described as ‘dancing on the mat’.

Ella began to study yoga in 2001 and specialises in vinyasa, kundalini, ashtanga and meditation.
Her morning movement meditation starts with a chakra alignment followed by a flow to move through and limber up the hips and spine, breathing into the whole body.

The class lasts one hour and all levels, experiences, ages, humans are welcome.
